This skull ring is crafted from solid 18k white gold and features 158 hand-selected round brilliant-cut rubies, giving an impressive total carat weight of 3.5 ctw. Each stone is carefully hand-set into 18k gold four-prong settings by our in-house master jewellers.
Luxurious and enchanting – this Skull ring has been flawlessly sculpted in 18ct solid white gold and embellished with hand-set magenta rubies.
The skull is 24 mm in length and 10.4 mm in depth.
Diamond Afterset
Custom or afterset diamond watches have been customised outside of the factory manufacturers, in our case, in-house by our expert diamond setters.Â
Both factory and custom-set watches have real diamonds & precious gemstones of similar size, quality, and quantity. We hand-select all of our diamonds specifically for our customised watches, and for certain designs, we also incorporate precious coloured stones such as Rubies, Sapphires & Emeralds.
All of our timepieces offer something unique, unexpected and perfectly balanced, which is exactly what our worldwide client base is looking for. Our immense popularity is derived from our dedication to creating the most exquisite timepieces when it comes to bespoke luxury.
Diamond Quality
As standard, we set all of our custom watches with G colour (clear white) VS/SI 1 in clarity diamonds; this gives the perfect balance between quality and affordability. We also sell certain higher-value timepieces with VVS diamonds.
If you are diamond-setting your existing timepiece and would like to use different colour and clarity stones – it is possible.Â
Handcrafted
It is the extraordinary skill set of our diamond-setters that ensures each stone is placed perfectly, and securely lodged into the finely sculpted precious metal. The precise alignment, orientation, stone regularity as well as intricate finishing of the metalwork creates a sparkling masterpiece. Under no circumstance would we ever use glue or any similar substance to set stones – every seat is carved carefully into the metal by hand.
All of our diamond-setting is completed in-house at our Dubai workshop. We source all of our diamonds from leading suppliers throughout Russia, Australia, Canada and India.
Diamond Certifcate?
Certificates are issued on single stone diamonds above 0.15 carats – therefore smaller stones do not come with a certificate. A custom-set diamond watch typically has over 1,000 smaller diamonds giving an impressive total carat weight for the whole piece.
When sourcing our diamonds, we buy in large 100-carat loose diamond parcels. Each parcel is certified but not each individual diamond.

I first came across Cagau on Instagram, and was very impressed by the quality of work they did on all the watches I saw on their page. So I decided to reach out, and since it was in Dubai, I set up a meeting and went by to see if they can do some work on my Breitling, which I hadn’t worn for a couple of years. It turned out to be a productive meeting, and I dropped off my watch with them. And within the next few weeks, my watch was ready, good as new, set with diamonds. The quality of work done was world-class, and within a reasonable time-frame! For any customizations, I’m definitely coming back to Cagau!
