This Rolex Yacht-Master II Model Ref:116680 self-winding automatic watch features a 44 mm Oystersteel case with a Cerachrom bi-directional rotatable bezel working alongside the watch with the internal mechanism, allowing the bezel to precisely time the sequence of a race from start time. The dial is white with a red coloured seconds hand, featuring a highly legible Chromalight display with long-lasting luminescence. This watch is fitted with an Oyster bracelet fitted with an Oysterlock folding clasp and is equipped with the Rolex patented Easylink rapid extension system that allows the wearer to increase the bracelet length by approximately 5 mm. Artisans De Geneve is a bespoke watch service in which they provide an exclusive service of alterations purposely made for private individuals. Each modification is made upon request by highly skilled horological experts in which a display of creativity and high-level artistry.
The base Rolex Daytona used in this challenge is model reference 116520. Use of Grade 5 titanium bezel, with an anthracite treated surface, patented technology. Skeletonized and sandblasted dial, anthracite treatment, blue and orange colour scheme. Minutes and Hours hands sandblasted at the center, polished on the outside. Sandblasted, beveled, nickel palladium finished manual-winding movement, 72H power reserve. Extra-flat titanium case back with sapphire glass.
The Rolex Daytona is a great example of the relationship between timepieces and race car driving, with its ability to provide chronograph display and multifunctional adaptations. The Mika Häkkinen edition represents just that, the legend Mika, with a Double Formula 1 world champion provided his 'personalisation' and 'philosophy' to initiate the bespoke Daytona.
Initially designed with manual winding movement, this specific watch available provides an automatic movement, making it even more unique compared to the other nineteen timepieces that were made.A spare leather strap is provided with the watch set and a metal folding clasp. Alongside this, the watch comes with all the original papers, warranty, certificate of authenticity, and specifications. The watch is unworn and comes with the time remaining on the manufacturer warranty (initially 5 years - produced early 2021).
Audemars Piguet – Royal Oak Offshore – Selfwinding Chronograph – 42 mm – Steel – Blue Rubber Strap
The Royal Oak Offshore was introduced in 1993, and it has given the Royal Oak a more powerful and sportier take on its normally elegant style. This particular model has a dial with a “Méga Tapisserie” pattern, and the hands are white gold with a luminescent coating. The Royal Oak Selfwinding Chronograph is fitted with a display case back that allows for a full view of the new in-house Audemars Piguet automatic integrated chronograph calibre 4404.
This movement is equipped with a column wheel and flyback function. Unlike a regular chronograph, the flyback function allows the wearer to stop, reset and start the chronograph in one simple action. The column wheel works in collaboration with a vertical clutch system. The Royal Oak Offshore Selfwinding Chronograph is equipped with AP’s new interchangeable strap. The interchangeability has been directly integrated into the buckle and case’s studs.
