1. Introduction Welcome to the website of Cagau FZCO ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our website.

3. Products and Services

• All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. In the case of made-to-order or customized items, the delivery timelines will be specified on the product page or confirmed during the purchase process.

• We guarantee that all timepieces are authentic, and customization work is performed to the highest standards. However, our customized watches are not affiliated with or endorsed by brands such as Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, Hublot, Richard Mille, or Patek Philippe.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).

• Payments can be made using credit/debit cards, cryptocurrency, or bank transfers.

• Customers opting for bank transfers will receive a 4% discount when using the discount code BANKWIRE at checkout. Payment details will be shared upon order completion, and orders will only be processed once funds have been received and cleared.

5. Order Confirmation and KYC Requirements

• Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.

• As per UAE Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws, customers purchasing items must complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) form, which includes providing valid identification. Failure to complete the KYC process will result in order cancellation.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship worldwide and provide tracking information via email once your order is dispatched.

• For in-stock items, dispatch occurs the next working day. Made-to-order or customized items will be dispatched within the timeframe specified on the product page.

• Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees applicable in their country.

7. Returns and Refunds

• We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Refunds will only be granted if the item is not as described or has a manufacturing defect.

• Return conditions:

  • Watches must be returned with the security seal intact. Tampered or removed seals void eligibility for a refund.

  • The cost of return shipping and insurance is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Any import duties incurred during the return will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Made-to-order watches are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

• Custom jewelry is non-refundable due to the bespoke nature of the product.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected and approved.

8. Warranty

• All customized watches and jewelry come with a warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not include wear and tear, accidental damage, or issues resulting from unauthorized repairs.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Cagau FZCO shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

• We do not accept liability for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, shipping delays, or governmental restrictions.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including text, images, and designs, is the intellectual property of Cagau FZCO. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

• Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai.
