Refund policy
We are committed to exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. All watches undergo thorough inspection and quality control before leaving our premises to ensure they meet our high standards.
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your watch. Refunds will only be granted if the watch is not as described or has a manufacturing defect/fault.
To initiate a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item by emailing sales@cagau.com with full details of your order and the reason for the return.
Return Conditions:
- All watches are shipped with a security seal. If this seal has been tampered with or removed, the watch will no longer qualify for a refund.
- The cost of returning the watch, including shipping and insurance, is the customer’s responsibility.
- Any import duties or fees incurred during the return will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Custom Jewelry: Due to the nature of being produced specifically for each customer, custom jewelry is non-refundable.
- Made-to-Order Watches: If the watch was made to order, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and confirmed to meet our return criteria.
